Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Welcome to Apptrolls ("Apptrolls," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apptrolls website, services, packages, and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. About Our Services

Apptrolls provides digital promotion and marketing services for applications, podcasts, eBooks, and other digital products.

Depending on the package selected, our Services may include:

  • App download and installation campaigns.
  • iOS App Store promotion.
  • Google Play Store promotion.
  • Keyword-targeted promotional campaigns.
  • App visibility and ranking-oriented campaigns.
  • Ratings and review-related promotional services, where offered.
  • Podcast promotion.
  • Apple Books and eBook promotion.
  • Country or market-targeted campaigns.
  • Custom promotional campaigns.

The exact scope of a Service is determined by the package, order details, campaign instructions, and any written agreement between you and Apptrolls.

2. Orders and Service Information

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the package details, including:

  • Service type.
  • Quantity.
  • Target country or market.
  • Delivery timeframe.
  • Keywords, where applicable.
  • Campaign requirements.
  • Price.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Apptrolls.

We may contact you if additional information is required to start or complete your campaign.

3. App Store and Platform Policies

Apple, Google, podcast platforms, ebook platforms, and other third-party services have their own rules and policies.

You acknowledge that Apptrolls does not control these third-party platforms.

Changes to platform algorithms, policies, ranking systems, review systems, enforcement practices, or technical systems may affect campaign results.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Apptrolls does not guarantee:

  • A particular App Store or Google Play ranking.
  • A particular keyword position.
  • Continued ranking after campaign completion.
  • Additional downloads beyond the purchased Service.
  • A particular revenue or conversion result.
  • Approval or continued availability of an app, podcast, or eBook on a third-party platform.

4. Delivery

Delivery periods vary according to the package purchased.

Estimated delivery times are stated on the relevant package or order page. Some campaigns may begin after payment and receipt of all required campaign information.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including platform changes, technical problems, account restrictions, outages, or other third-party issues.

Where a package expressly guarantees delivery of a specific quantity, Apptrolls will make reasonable efforts to deliver the promised quantity within the applicable delivery period.

5. Campaign Results

Our Services are promotional services and are intended to support visibility, downloads, engagement, or other specified campaign objectives.

You understand that results can vary depending on factors outside our control, including:

  • App quality.
  • App-store algorithms.
  • Competition.
  • Existing rankings.
  • Reviews and ratings.
  • Market conditions.
  • Platform policies.
  • User behavior.
  • Technical changes.

Accordingly, except where expressly stated otherwise in your package, we do not guarantee a particular ranking, revenue level, conversion rate, or long-term performance.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Where review or rating-related Services are offered, you are responsible for ensuring that your requested campaign is lawful and complies with the rules of the applicable platform.

Apptrolls does not guarantee that any review or rating will remain available on a third-party platform.

Third-party platforms may remove, modify, suppress, or otherwise act upon reviews, ratings, downloads, accounts, or other activity according to their own policies.

7. Payments

All prices are displayed on the applicable order or package page unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payment must be successfully completed before Apptrolls is required to begin a campaign.

You can pay with USDT on BSC (BEP20) or Tron (TRC20). Send funds only on the network shown at checkout, then submit the transaction ID. You may instead request an invoice on WhatsApp before paying.

A campaign starts after we confirm the payment. Network fees charged by your wallet are separate from the package price.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or payment-provider fees unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellation

Because many promotional campaigns require resources to be allocated shortly after an order is placed, cancellation rights may be limited once campaign fulfillment has begun.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at apptrolls.support@gmail.com.

If fulfillment has not started, we may, at our discretion, approve cancellation subject to the Refund Policy.

Once substantial work or delivery has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
